Busy Boston based cellist engagements range from Symphony New Hampshire to Masterworks in Boston- and I love to teach.
I have been teaching for 35 years and am known for my ability to create a beautiful sound and healthy and expressive technique for my students. I use sports modalities and pilates concepts to help you play from your back, and larger muscles. Once you understand and use these concepts you can play for hours and create what you hear in your head, connecting elegant phrases with bow and vibrato. My own sound and vibrato are good examples.
