Hi there,
My name is Nicky Schwartz, an American bassist from Boston living in Europe. I myself was trained first in the more American/Boston style I then went on to the Karajan Academy of the Berlin Philharmonic studying with Matthew McDonald. In 2013 I joined the Concertgebouw Orchestra. As a teacher I have unique advice learned from trial and error at the top level with influence from these 3 diverse playing styles. Audition training and solo repertoire alike, I'd like to share my tips and tricks with you.
