She has helped me to gain control over the instrument and discover its many expressive and technical possibilities. With Debora's help I've overcome many problems, first of all the staccato, through many interesting exercises of flute technique. At every lesson she pays great attention to precise intonation, the primary goal of mastering this instrument. Besides purely technical exercises, I've also discovered and studied closely the complex piccolo repertoire. Debora's long experience has enabled me learn orchestral excerpts very carefully, in addition to chamber music, and, of course, the most important concertos for piccolo and orchestra.
