I played klezmer in Europe, Canada and Australia, and would be happy to help you to increase your clarinet repertoire.
This course is for musicians involved to klezmer music.
Students from music academies often come to me to get advices about klezmer.
It gives an opening to their future musical carreer, a different way to considere their instrument.
Then they train their capability, improve their technic to built their own style in klezmer. It's a really fun way to play music !
We can experiment together the typical effects ( krertz, growl, glissando...), we can read a score or play by heart a simple melody. For whom who wishes, we can try to improvise with simple rules, which gives more freedom in the play.
