I'm the Principal Flute of the Frankfurt Opera House,1. price of Kobe competition, teaching all over the world, happy to help you here!
I started teaching when I was 17 years old, and always enjoyed sharing my experience with students all over the world. As a privileged orchestra musician and soloist, I had also the great chance to have the greatest teachers, and try to give over all they gave to me !
My name is Petar Popovic, and I am a flute master student in the class of Pirmin Grehl in Lucerne Switzerland. I got to meet Ms. Sarah Louvion during my studies in Mainz, Germany in the year of 2014/2015, where she was a subistute teacher for one semester. Her fresh ideas and an inspiring way of teaching captured us from the very beginning. She brings respective orchestra and soloist experience and wide knowledge to every lesson. Having an opportunity to work with Ms. Louvion gave me a chance to learn world-class artist on a weekly basis. Her playing skills are of an extraordinary level, and her naturel flair, warm and friendly personality made me feel very comfortable during our work. In this period, I could observe a rapid progress of myself others students as well. I would highly recommend Ms. Louvion to every student of music and every other ambitious artist, who wishes to receive a high level of education and knowledge.
I’ve known Sarah Louvion for two years now and I was fortunate enough to experience her as a teacher, orchestra musician and chamber music partner. In any of these three positions she plays with passion and with a wonderful, balanced tone in every register as well as with natural musicality. Listening to her at the Frankfurt Opera House and participating in her lessons helped me a lot to crystallize and refine my own imagination of sound. What i really like about her playing is the shining color that she adds on top of the whole winds section. When she plays solo she instantly delivers her presence and musical ideas to the audience. Another thing I learned from her is how to charm the audience, to bring them to a better world - independent from all other sad things that happen in our lives.
