I am a dedicated teacher with more than 15 years of experience. I graduated at The Royal Conservatoire in The Hague, and hold a PhD in flute.

First of all, I love teaching! I come from Hungary where I grew up using, seeing and experiencing the famous Kodály method while playing the flute, and also the recorder and the piano.
I obtained my BMus and MMus degrees from The Royal Conservatoire in The Hague and attanded several masterclasses during my studies (William Bennett, Denis Bouriakov, Alena Lugovkina, Robert Winn, Trevor Wye, Emily Beynon, Barthold Kuijken). I hold a PhD degree from the University of Pécs. The title of my dissertation is 'Articulation techniques applied on the one-keyed flute in the 18th century'.
I frequently have concerts both on the modern and on the Baroque flute.

Since my main passion is teaching, I would be more than happy to help you get better at playing the flute. I tailor the lessons to the needs of my students but in general I find it very important to work on sound quality, musicality, technical difficulties and to make the lessons enjoyable! I look forward to hearing from you!
