Hi, it’s Ege! Hope I can help and inspire you! Concert Clarinetist / Saxophonist and Solo Bass Clarinetist of the Dusseldorfer Symphoniker.
I’m the solo bass clarinetist of the Düsseldorfer Symphoniker and Deutsche Oper am Rhein(Germany). I teach regularly at the Hochschule für Musik Detmold and play classical and jazz music as soloist or in various ensembles. I played as guest, on orchestras like NDR Elbphilarmonie, Bayreuther Festspiele, WDR Sinfonieorchester and many others…
I’ve been regularly performing and teaching a very large portion of classical and jazz clarinet, saxophone and orchestral repertoire.
Since I gave my first professional lesson and get to experience the appreciation and success of my students, teaching became a very precious aspect and a life goal. To be able to connect and share through music with people all over the world is just wonderful.
I play all Saxes and both French and German system clarinets, and I change depending on which composer or music style. Which means, changing systems “fluently” within a piece or in recitals, is something I invested some years of my life. This allowed me to have a much larger overview of the clarinet repertoire and the technical capabilities of the clarinet family.

I can offer you various ways and ideas personally for you, special techniques (like double tongue, frullato, slap, multiphonics etc.) and exercise methods to expand your skills, how to prepare for an audition, how to change instruments quickly and be on point all the time, as well as new musical ideas or ways to come up with your own ideas!
